How to Draw a Great White Shark

The great white shark is one of the most dangerous creatures. This large predatory fish has a huge mouth, sharp teeth, gill slits behind the head, the upper body is darker. All these features you have to depict in your drawing.

How to Draw a Great White Shark
- Prepare the base.
Determine the size of your drawing and draw a circle to indicate the position of the head. Then draw a smooth line to indicate the size of the torso.
- Detail the head.
Outline the upper part of the head and add the lower part where the mouth is located. Draw the triangular teeth. Depict the eye and folds on the surface of the head.
- Draw the outline of the torso.
From the head, draw smooth lines to the side to depict the back and lower body of the shark.
- Depict the tail and fins.
Draw the tail with smooth lines, which consists of two parts. Draw the large fin on the back and add the few more fins.
- Add the gills and folds on the body.
Behind the head, draw a few smooth transverse lines to represent the gill slits. On the body of the shark, add small strokes of different sizes.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Now the main contours are ready, and you no longer need the auxiliary lines, you can carefully remove them.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, you will need different shades of gray, as well as black for coloring the eyes. Add the highlights on the body to make the drawing look more realistic.
