How to Draw Uncle Sam

Prepare the base.
Use the vertical line to define the center of the body. Draw the head, thoracic region and pelvic region in the form of rounded figures.
Determine the position of the limbs.
Use thin, straight lines to define the position of the arms and legs. Depict the folds as large dots.
Make markings on the head and draw the neck.
Draw a line on the head, which will later help to correctly position the facial features. Depict connecting lines between the head and chest to represent the neck.
Add the contours of the body.
Depict the shoulders with smooth lines and draw connecting lines between the thoracic region and the pelvic region.
Thicken the arms.
With the help of smooth lines, depict the individual parts of the arms, while giving them the correct size and shape. Draw the places of the folds in the form of ovals and add the contours of the hands.
Add the outlines of the legs.
Give the legs the desired thickness using curved lines. Add the knee joints in the form of ovals and draw the feet at the bottom.
Detail the head.
