How to Draw an Eyeball
In this drawing lesson you will learn how to draw an eyeball. This instruction includes nine steps that you can easily follow even with little experience in drawing.

How to Draw an Eyeball
- Draw the base.
Determine the size and location of the drawing and draw an even circle with the help of improvised tools or yourself.
- Depict the iris.
Draw another small circle in the middle of the circle. At the same time, be careful and observe proportions.
- Add the pupil.
This step is similar to the previous one, and now you have to draw another small circle inside the one drawn earlier. This will be the pupil.
- Detail the iris.
Sequentially draw short strokes at some distance from each other. It should be thin lines of different sizes.
- Sketch out the veins on the iris.
Around the pupil, successively draw uneven wavy lines of different sizes. Arbitrary lines are allowed here, the shape of which may differ from our example.
- Add the streaks to the iris.
Continue detailing the iris and gradually add small wavy lines of varying sizes along the outer outline.
- Draw the blood vessels.
Along the outer contour of the eyeball, draw short, uneven lines directed towards the center. This way you will depict the blood vessels.
- Correct inaccuracies.
The main elements of the eyeball have already been drawn and now carefully look at the drawing, if you find any mistakes, then correct them at this stage.
- Color the drawing.
You will need light beige, pink, black, and various shades of green. Don’t forget to add the highlights to make the eyeball look more realistic.
