An alarm clock is a device that emits a sound or light signal at a specific time. In this tutorial we will show you how to depict these distinctive features.Traditionally, the alarm clock body has a round shape and there are two bell bowls on the top. There is also a winding key at the top. With the help of our detailed instructions, you can easily draw all these elements and get an excellent result. Pay special attention to drawing the dial and make sure there are equal spaces between the numbers. How to Draw an Alarm Clock Step-by-StepStep 1: Prepare The Base for the Alarm ClockDecide on the size and placement of your drawing. Lightly sketch a smooth, even circle with a thin line to serve as the alarm clock’s main body.Step 2: Add An Outer OutlineDraw a second circle, slightly larger than the first, around the base to form the outer edge of the alarm clock. You can use a compass to draw these circles.Step 3: Draw The Bottom Of The Alarm ClockIn the figure, the alarm clock is positioned from such an angle that we can see its lower part. You can depict this part in any form, but in my example you can see the most standard look.Step 7: Add Small DetailsOn the body of the alarm clock, draw the winding key that has an oval shape and add small semicircular elements on the bell bowl.Step 8: Add The Hour MarkersDepict all the numbers sequentially. Be careful and attentive at this stage of the drawing. You can draw standard numerals or use Roman numerals.Step 9: Draw The Hands of the Alarm ClockDraw a small circle in the center of the dial and use smooth straight lines to depict three hands of different sizes. You can use a ruler to draw the hands.Step 10: Prepare The Alarm Clock Drawing For ColoringReview your alarm clock drawing to ensure all main elements are included.
