How to Draw a Tank

We love to draw weapons and different vehicles. And in the instruction on how to draw a tank, both of these drawing objects will be combined. Step 1

First, depict the bottom of the tank. At the initial stage, it looks more like a cobblestone rather than a tank, right?

Step 2

Draw a tank tower above the geometric shape from the previous stage. You can make it angular, as in the example from the artists of Easydrawingart.com, or smoother.

Step 3

Now create the barrel of the tank. At this point, the barrel of the tank looks like a long and flat rectangle. You can make the barrel larger or smaller than in the example from artists of Easydrawingart.com.

Step 4

Let’s now give the bottom of the tank a more appropriate look. To do this, depict a side skirt in the form of a long and very narrow rectangle with curved edges.

Step 5

In the front of the barrel, depict a thickening in the form of a square. At the top of the tower, sketch a hatch made in the form of a flat rectangle.

Step 6

Outline the track as the artists of Easydrawingart.com did in the example below. You can make large tracks as in our picture, or narrower ones.

Step 7

Use the five circles to create the road wheels. The middle three road wheels should be larger than those at the edges.

Step 8

Let’s paint the tank. They come in many different colors. Most often, tanks are green or yellow. You are free to use colored pencils, paints or felt-tip pens.
