Observe all proportions so that your drawing is as similar as possible to our example.Time needed: 1 hourHow to Draw a Nose and Lips Mark up. Determine the location and size of the drawing and draw a straight vertical line that will be the center of the drawing. Designate the relative position of the mouth and nose. Depict the tip of the nose as a circle and use a small horizontal line to mark the position of the mouth. Depict the nostrils. On each side of the circle, draw smooth semicircular lines to depict the wings of the nose. Do not forget that all auxiliary lines should be thin. Mark the position of the lower lip. Below the horizontal line, draw two small ovals, while maintaining symmetry. This way you will determine the size of the lower lip. Mark the position of the upper lip. This step is similar to the previous one, but here you will draw two elongated ovals along the edges of the horizontal line. Draw the rest of the lip contour. Give the lips the desired shape. To do this, draw connecting lines between the ovals that you drew in the previous steps. Detail the nostrils. At the bottom of the nose, draw two small ovals to represent the nasal openings. Below the tip of the nose, draw two small smooth lines. Make the nostrils clear. This is a simple step in which you have to carefully outline the nostrils along the contour. Also circle the nasal openings. Define the top lip. Using a smooth line, outline the upper lip along the contour, giving it the correct shape and realistic look. Detail the bottom lip. In this step you have to draw two clear smooth lines. One line runs between the upper and lower lip, and the second line emphasizes the contour of the lower lip. Add the rest of the contours of the lips. The lower lip contour is drawn, and now you have to detail the corners of the lips. Use clear smooth lines at this stage of drawing. Draw the folds of the skin. On the upper and lower lip, draw short, curved strokes in succession to give the lips a more realistic look. Draw two smooth lines between the nose and lip. Correct inaccuracies. Take the eraser and carefully remove all the auxiliary lines in the drawing. Correct the shape of the nose and lips if necessary. Color the drawing. Use any natural shades to color the skin. Color the lips pink. Don’t forget to highlight the dark areas. Now that you have completed the steps in this manual, you can evaluate the result of your work. We hope that you fully enjoyed the creative process and that you got a great drawing.
