How to Draw Tails

How to Draw Tails
- Prepare the base.
Determine the position of the head, thoracic region and pelvis. The Tails have the large head and the relatively small body. Keep these proportions in your drawing.
- Sketch out the limbs.
Use a few thin lines to mark the position of the paws. Mark the places of the folds in the form of large dots.
- Draw the eyes.
With the help of smooth curved lines draw a contour around the eyes, draw two oval eyes. Add the irises and pupils.
- Depict the front of the muzzle.
Below the eyes, draw a wavy line to indicate the upper contour of the muzzle. On the sides, add a few spiky strands of the fur and draw the bottom outline.
- Add the remaining elements of the muzzle.
This is a very simple step that you would follow quickly. Now you have to draw the round nose and mouth.
- Draw the rest of the outline of the head.
Mark the sides of the head and on the top of the head draw few long strands of the fur, the cats of which are directed downwards.
- Depict the ears.
Draw the large ears that are triangular and immediately add the inner outline of the ears.
- Sketch out the hand.
This step will require you to be careful and accurate, because you must correctly depict the position of the fingers. Take your time and carefully draw all the lines.
- Add the rest of the contours of the torso.
Depict the hair on the neck, with smooth lines draw the sides of the belly and the lower outline.
- Draw the second hand.
Focus on the auxiliary lines and draw the base of the hand. Draw the hand in the same position as in our example.
- Depict the legs.
Draw the lower part of the torso and with smooth lines give the legs the desired thickness, while focusing on the auxiliary lines.
- Sketch out the shoes.
Draw the large boots with smooth lines. Try to correctly depict the shape of the shoes and keep the proportions.
- Add the tails.
With the help of smooth curved lines, depict two magnificent tails in which the ends are raised up.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Now the main contours are ready, and you no longer need the auxiliary lines, carefully remove them now. Correct errors if necessary.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, you will need gray, orange, black, and blue. Don’t forget to highlight the dark areas.
