How to Draw Bart Simpson
Now we are going to show you how to draw Bart Simpson. He is the character in the popular animated series “The Simpsons”.
So, Bart Simpson is a young teenager characterized by spontaneity, a great sense of humor, and a thirst for adventure. This is a mischievous and a bully, but that’s what makes him attractive to viewers. Also, Bart Simpson has an unusual appearance, just like all the other characters in the series.
The skin of teenager has a bright yellow color (like Homer), his eyes are round and big, and his hair looks unusual and has spikes on his head. You will have to depict all these features in your drawing. If you have all the materials and art supplies the ready, you can begin the lesson.

How to Draw Bart Simpson
- Draw the eyes.
Bart Simpson’s eyes are round, and one eye is slightly bigger. So, let’s draw this part of the face.
- Depict the nose and mouth.
And, the nose is located near the eyes. The line of the nose slightly covers one eye.
- Draw the top of the head.
Bart Simpson’s head looks like a rectangle and has small pointed spikes on the top.
- Add the bottom part of the head.
Bart has a very small chin, so, it gives the impression that his upper lip protrudes forward.
- Draw the upper part of the body.
Depict a line down from the neck and add a horizontal connecting line to make a closed contour.
- Outline the sleeves.
Use the curved lines to add two sleeves to the T-shirt. One of the sleeves is only partially visible.
- Draw the hands.
Depict straight parallel lines down from the sleeves to represent the arms. Also, add an oblique pocket outline.
- Draw the shorts.
The lower part of the torso looks rounded. Add a couple more straight lines to form the outlines of the shorts.
- Outline the legs.
Draw straight lines to draw two legs. Also, add the headband at the bottom, which is part of the shoe.
- Draw the shoes.
Outline two sneakers that are placed next to each other. These are quite large and wide figures.
- Correct the inaccuracies.
Remove unnecessary lines with an eraser and make the outline clearer.
- Color Bart Simpson.
Use bright yellow, red, and blue to color this drawing. As a result, you will get a recognizable appearance of Bart.
