How to Draw a Gorilla

How to Draw a Gorilla

Step 1 – Sketch the Head and Torso

Place the three large and uneven circles so that they are next to each other. In the center is the largest stone-like circle. This is the torso and at the same time the powerful chest of our Kong. The headline extends slightly beyond the body.

Step 2 – Draw the Limbs of the Gorilla

Combine the pelvis, chest, and head with two short lines. From the chest, draw two lines pointing down. Depict two more lines out of the pelvis – these are the paws of the monkey.

Step 3 – Draw the Neck and Abdomen of the Gorilla

Gorillas have a small growth over their heads. Draw this detail as a small pyramid and place it directly over your head. Start a line from the pelvis and draw it in a semicircle, connecting to the chest.

Step 4 – Draw Gorilla Eyes

Mark two eyes on the head, which look like two small dots. Complete the shape of the head with a small protrusion in the form of a half-circle. Place it directly on the gorilla’s chin.

Step 5 – Draw the Nose and Mouth of the Gorilla

At the very bottom of the head circle, draw a line to show where your gorilla’s mouth is. Draw large nostrils a little higher. Make them with sharp corners and a rosette-like shape.

Step 6 – Draw the Ears of the Gorilla

Draw large and fluffy eyebrows above the eyes. Connect them at the bridge of the nose. Sketch the ear on the left side of the head.
