How to Draw Raichu

It is a friendly Pokémon that happily welcomes new people and Pokémon. Raichu has a long tail with a yellow, lightning bolt-shaped tip.
This creature has brown ears of an unusual shape. With the help of our simple instructions, you will quickly draw all these elements and get a good result.

How to Draw Raichu
- Draw the base.
Determine the size of the drawing and draw the head as a circle, then add the torso which has an oval shape.
- Add the limbs, tail, and ear outlines.
Using thin lines, mark the position of the upper and lower limbs. Draw the outline of the ears and mark the position of the tail.
- Depict elements of the muzzle.
Sketch out two eyes that are oval. Draw the small nose and the wide open mouth.
- Add the cheeks and make the outline of the head clearer.
Draw oval-shaped cheeks. Focus on the auxiliary lines and make the outline of the head clearer and more expressive.
- Sketch out the ears.
Use the lines you drew earlier as a guide and give the ears the desired shape. Draw a curly element on the side of one ear.
- Draw the upper limbs.
With smooth lines depict the upper paws, which have a rounded shape. Using a jagged line, mark the outline where the color of the paws will differ.
- Depict the contours of the body.
Focus on the auxiliary lines and make the outline of the belly and back clearer. On the back, add two small stripes.
- Add one lower paw.
Draw the oval paw using curved lines. At the bottom, draw the fingers and mark the outline where the color will differ.
- Draw the second lower paw.
Depict the second paw in the same way as in the previous step. Observe the proportions and carefully draw all the lines.
- Sketch out the tail.
With the help of smooth lines, give the tail the desired shape and thickness. At the end of the tail, draw the brush that has a pointed shape.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Check if you have drawn all the elements of the Pokémon correctly. If you notice mistakes, correct them. Remove extra lines.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, you will need orange, yellow, brown, pink, and black. Don’t forget to highlight the dark areas.
