How to Draw Naruto
- Draw the main outlines.
First, you need to determine the size and location of the main parts of the body. To do this, draw three rounded figures and draw a connecting line that depicts the spine.
- Depict the limbs.
Using thin lines, determine the relative position of the arms and legs. Draw the joints as large dots.
- Add the outline of the torso and make markings on the head.
Make the contour of the torso clearer, for this, draw smooth lines on the sides and draw the neck. Draw transverse lines on the head, this will help you correctly place the elements of the face.
- Sketch out the outline of the hands.
Give the arms the necessary thickness. To do this, depict parts of the arms in the form of cylinders, and draw the places of the folds in the form of circles.
- Depict the outline of the legs.
This step is very similar to the previous one. Here you have to give the legs some thickness. Use the lines you drew earlier than guides.
- Draw the elements of the face.
Sketch out small eyes, nose, and mouth. These elements are not detailed, and you can easily draw them. The main thing is to keep the proportions.
- Add the outline of the face and ear.
Make the contour of the face clearer. The lower part of the face has a pointed shape, draw a straight line at the top—this will be the outline of the bandage. Depict the ear on the side.
- Depict the rest of the elements on the head.
Draw the bandage on the forehead, in the center of which is a spiral. Using short strokes, draw individual spiky strands of hair and add thin ribbons from the bandage on the side.
- Detail the clothes.
Draw the outline of the jacket. To do this, make a clearer outline on the sides of the body, draw the shoulders, add the collar and folds on the clothes.
- Draw the hands.
To depict the sleeves, you need to draw clear lines around the edges and add folds. At the bottom, draw the hands that lie on the belt.
- Sketch out the pants.
In this step, use the lines you drew earlier and make a clear outline of the trousers. Add the folds and on one thigh add a few transverse lines.
- Add the bottom of the legs.
Draw the high sandals that fit snugly to the foot and have an open front. Depict the toes.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Now you can compare your drawing with the example and correct inaccuracies if necessary. Remove all extra lines and make the outlines clearer.
- Color the drawing.
Choose light colors for hair and skin, and bright, saturated colors for clothes. Don’t forget to add shadows.
