How to Draw Galactus

The Easydrawingart.com team has prepared for you another interesting and useful step-by-step tutorial on how to draw Galactus.
This is a character from the Marvel Comics universe, where Galactus is represented as a humanoid wearing purple-violet armor.
Galactus has great power and is able to manipulate energy and matter. We hope you enjoy drawing this unusual character.
Step 1: Sketch Galactus’s body
Mark the head, chest, and pelvis with simple geometric shapes. Connect them with a curved center line of the spine to illustrate the posture and skeleton of the Marvel character.

Step 2: Add the cosmic villain’s limbs
Use thin lines to indicate the positions of both arms and legs. Mark the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees with large rounded shapes to convey the main joints.

Step 3: Draw Galactus’s helmet
Draw the main helmet section as a broad rectangular form. Add the large curved structures on both sides and place the smaller angular details across the front.

Step 4: Draw the Marvel villain’s face
Add the eyes beneath the helmet, then draw the nose and closed mouth of Galactus. Use several short lines around these features to convey the facial contours.

Step 5: Add the upper armor
Below the helmet, draw the connected angular sections of the upper suit of Galactus. Arrange these layered armor shapes across the neck and shoulders as shown in the reference.

Step 6: Sketch Galactus’s front arm
Shape the first arm around the construction line, defining the shoulder, upper arm, and forearm. Add the muscle contours and finish the limb with an open hand.

Step 7: Draw the second Galactus arm
Outline the second arm around the remaining guide and give it the same powerful build. Draw the forearm, wrist, palm, and extended fingers of Galactus in their shown positions.

Step 8: Detail Galactus’s torso and belt
Draw the sides of the torso and add the segmented belt around the waist of Galactus. Complete the upper suit with several vertical and diagonal armor lines across the chest.

Step 9: Draw the lower costume armor
Continue below the belt by outlining the lower part of the costume. Add the broad central panel and the separate angular sections extending over the upper legs.

Step 10: Sketch the first armored leg
Use the guideline to shape the first leg from the thigh to the foot. Draw the tall boot, define its wide upper edge, and add several folds across the lower section.

Step 11: Add the second Galactus leg
Outline the second leg using the same construction as the first. Add the shaped armor near the ankle and draw the tall boot with several curved folds.

Step 12: Finish the cosmic armor details
Add the remaining curved lines to the sleeves and upper chest. Draw the edges of the armor of Galactus and include several short folds around the shoulders and arms.

Step 13: Clean up the Galactus drawing
Erase the construction lines from the figure and refine any uneven contours. Darken the finished helmet, face, armor, limbs, hands, and boots before coloring.

Step 14: Color the Marvel character
Color Galactus’s face gray and use purple and lilac for the helmet, armor, and costume. Add darker purple to the recessed areas, folds, and shaded sections.
