Determine the size of your drawing and use thin lines to mark the main parts of the head. Outline the top and bottom of the head and on the sides add the outline of the ears. Draw the sides of the head and eyes. Make the outline of the head clearer. Add two small eyes of the same shape as in our example, then draw the creases on the eyelids. Add the side contours and crown. Focus on the auxiliary lines and give the upper part of the head the desired shape. On the sides, continue the lines and depict the base of the trunk. Depict part of the trunk and tusks. At the bottom, draw smooth lines on each side to depict the upper part of the trunk. Draw the tusks using rounded lines and add the wide folds at the base of the trunk. Sketch out the ears. Now you have to give the ears the desired shape. Use the guidelines as a guide and make the outline of the ears clearer. Draw the rest of the trunk. Continue the lines and depict the lower part of the trunk. Here the trunk is bent inward and the end of the trunk is almost invisible. Add details. Using thin lines of different lengths, add many folds on the trunk and along the outer contour of the ears. Correct inaccuracies. Check if you have followed all the steps correctly and if you notice errors, then correct them. Carefully remove the extra lines in the drawing. Color the drawing. You will need different shades of gray and black. Highlight the dark areas to make the elephant’s face look more natural and realistic.
