How to Draw a Tree House
- Prepare the base.
Determine the size of your drawing and with the help of a few smooth lines depict the wide trunk and branches on the sides.
- Draw the crown.
At the top of the drawing, draw three oval shapes using thin lines. Thus, you designate the contour of the crown.
- Depict the outline of the house.
In the middle of the tree, draw the side walls and part of the roof of the house. In this step, use even, straight lines.
- Add the rest of the house elements.
Using a few straight lines, draw the top outline of the roof. Draw the door and the window that are rectangular.
- Start detailing the crown.
Use curved lines and carefully outline the part of the crown on the left side, while giving it the desired shape.
- Sketch out the next part of the crown.
This step is similar to the previous one, and now you have to repeat the same steps, but only on the right side of the drawing.
- Draw the rest of the crown.
This step will be very simple, because here you have to depict only the upper part of the crown using small curved lines.
- Depict the trunk.
Carefully trace the trunk along the contour, giving it the desired shape. Detail the bottom of the tree and thicken the branches.
- Sketch out the ladder.
From the house, draw straight lines down to depict the side contours of the stairs. In the middle, successively add several even crossbars.
- Add details.
Detail the foliage with curved lines. Add transverse lines on the house and using thin uneven lines depict the surface of the tree bark.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Now you do not need auxiliary lines, and you can carefully remove them to prepare the drawing for coloring.
- Color the drawing.
To paint the trunk, house and stairs, use different shades of brown. Color the foliage in green and do not forget to highlight the dark areas.
