How to Draw a Bank

How to Draw a Bank
- Prepare the base.
Determine the size of your drawing and draw a rectangle. Draw the roof in the form of a triangle and add the lower part in the form of a trapezoid.
- Draw the tops of the columns.
Depict a clear horizontal line at the top and add the upper parts of the columns as elongated rectangles.
- Depict the columns.
In this step, depict six columns in succession as elongated rectangles using even, straight lines.
- Add the bases of the columns.
Draw a straight horizontal line and successively add the bases of the columns, which are rectangular.
- Sketch out the steps.
Continue adding elements of the building and at the bottom draw the steps in the form of long narrow strips.
- Draw the top of the building.
Depict the long, narrow stripes above the columns using smooth, straight lines. The top strip should be slightly longer.
- Depict the roof.
Focus on the auxiliary lines and make the outline of the roof clearer and more expressive. Draw the big triangle inside.
- Add the windows on the second floor.
With the help of straight lines draw some windows on the second floor. Make sure the windows are the same size.
- Draw the windows on the first floor.
This step is similar to the previous one and here you have to add four more windows on the first floor.
- Sketch out the doors.
Draw the rectangular door in the middle of the building. Add rectangles on each door and draw the visor at the top.
- Add the inscription.
At the top of the picture, draw the large inscription “BANK”. The inscription should be located exactly in the middle.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Take a close look at your drawing and if you notice inaccuracies, then correct them at this stage. Carefully remove all extra lines.
- Color the drawing.
Paint the door brown, paint the windows blue. Use different shades of gray to color the rest of the elements.
