How to Draw a Tulip
- Draw the outline of the bud.
Determine the size of your drawing and draw a rounded shape that looks like the shape of the egg.
- Add the stem.
From the bud, draw down two smooth, slightly curved lines. Make sure that the lines are parallel and the stem has the required thickness.
- Depict the petals.
Draw the ends of the petals on the top of the bud. The contour of one of the petals should run along the middle of the bud.
- Sketch out the sheet.
The tulip has long narrow leaves. On the right side, draw one such leaf using smooth lines.
- Correct inaccuracies.
