How to Draw a Great Dane
- Prepare the baselines.
Draw individual parts of the dog’s body as circles of different sizes. Connect the circles together and mark the position of the tail.
- Sketch out the limbs.
Using thin lines, define the position of the front and hind limbs. Mark the places of the folds in the form of large dots.
- Detail the head.
Now you have to give the head the desired shape with the help of clear lines. Draw two pointed ears, add the eye, nose, and mouth.
- Draw the outline of the body and tail.
As a guide, use the lines you drew earlier, draw the neck and back, which blends into the tail. Add the outline of the chest and the outline of the belly.
- Depict the front paws.
