How to Draw a Gangster
- Prepare the base.
Draw the main parts of the body in the form of figures of various shapes. Mark the central axis of the body with a vertical line.
- Sketch out the limbs.
Use straight lines to mark the position of the arms and legs. Draw the folds as large dots.
- Add the contours of the body.
Draw smooth connecting lines between the head and chest to represent the neck. Add the sides of the torso.
- Draw the arms.
Focus on the auxiliary lines and give the arms the desired thickness. To do this, depict the individual parts of the arms in the form of cylindrical figures and add the hands.
- Depict the legs.
Add the legs in the same way as the arms. Give the legs the desired thickness and shape with the help of smooth lines and draw the feet at the bottom.
- Detail the head.
Make the contours of the face and neck more clear and expressive. Draw the ears on the sides and draw the brim hat on the head.
- Add the elements of the face.
Draw the eyes, eyebrows, nose, and mouth. Add the forehead wrinkles and nasolabial folds. Be careful and keep proportions.
- Start drawing the clothes.
Depict the collar of the shirt, the upper outline of the vest and the outline of the shoulders. With smooth lines draw the collar on the cloak.
- Sketch out the sleeves.
Use the guidelines as a guide and draw the outline of each sleeve. Add the folds.
- Draw the hands and weapons.
Depict the hands in the same position as in the example. Draw the weapon that consists of several elements of different shapes.
- Add the rest of the clothes.
Depict the outline of the tie and the bottom outline of the vest. Draw the bottom of the cloak and with the help of jagged lines draw the trousers. Add the folds to the clothes.
- Depict the shoes.
Now you have to draw the boots. This will be a simple step, however, it will require you to be attentive and accurate.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Compare your drawing with our example and if you notice any mistakes, correct them right away. Remove all extra lines in the drawing.
- Color the drawing.
Color the skin with any natural shade. For coloring the clothes and shoes, use different shades of brown. Color the weapons gray.
