How to Draw Eevee
- Add guidelines.
Draw an oval shape to mark the location of the character’s head, and also add a curved line below it.
- Depict the character’s eyes.
Add two symmetrical eyes inside the previously drawn outline of the character’s head by adding two large and two small ovals.
- Depict the oval of the face and add facial features.
At the bottom of the outline of the head, add curved lines, draw the eyebrows, nose, and mouth using a wavy line, sticks, and dots.
- Add the character’s ears.
On top of the previously drawn character’s head, draw two symmetrical ears using arcs and a curved line.
- Sketch out the fur and the inside of the ears.
Inside the previously drawn outlines of the ears, add curved lines, at the top of the head and inside the ears, draw zigzags.
- Draw the character’s chest.
Below Eevee’s head, draw curved broken lines to depict pointed strands of wool and make the drawing three-dimensional.
- Add the front limbs.
Below the previously drawn chest of the character, depict two legs using curved lines, as shown in the figure.
- Depict the pair of the hind legs.
Now draw two more paws of the character in the back of his torso using curved lines of different lengths. One paw is partially closed.
- Draw the Pokémon’s tail.
On the right side of the previously drawn torso, depict the large bushy tail using curved lines.
- Sketch out the hair on the tail and toes.
At the top of the Eevee’s tail, add zigzag lines, and draw short, curved lines at the bottom of the character’s paws.
- Complete the sketch.
At this stage, the drawing is almost ready. Now you should use the eraser to remove all unwanted elements and then start coloring.
- Color the drawing.
To color the Eevee, use black, beige, shades of brown, gray and green-brown. Add big highlights on the eyes.
This completes this drawing lesson, in which you learned how to draw Eevee step by step. If you want your drawing to look more realistic, add areas of shadow to the character’s body using darker shades of colors. You can also draw fur to make the character look fluffy.
